Energy Harvesting is a wide platform of enabling technologies applicable to those involved in consumer electronics, military, aerospace, healthcare, oil and gas, construction, transport and many more verticals. Following the highly successful IDTechEx "Energy Harvesting & Storage" event in Cambridge, UK, earlier this month, IDTechEx is now planning the US event  which will be held in Denver, CO on November 3-4. The speaker line-up and audience will be international, and over 350 attendees are expected.

Speakers already confirmed include The US Navy SPAWAR, GE, Savi Technology, University of Michigan, Fisk University, Structural Graphics,

Raghu Das, the event Director, says, "For the first time we are putting together the full value chain at one event, focusing on end users by covering their needs or case studies, along with the full range of technologies. At the event you will hear from the World's largest sensor and systems integration companies, end users from a wide range of verticals, and all the technologies, from the state-of-the art in energy harvesters, batteries, supercapacitors to new ultra low power electronics and systems."

Given that Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is emerging as one of the killer applications for energy harvesting, IDTechEx has decided to co-locate it's annual active RFID event - "WSN & RTLS" - alongside this event, bringing it altogether under one roof. The two day event and exhibition will include an investors forum, optional masterclasses, award ceremony at the gala dinner and visits to local companies. Attendees will have the chance to visit the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) and Infinite Power Solution's manufacturing facility.

For more information, see www.IDTechEx.com/ehUSA  or if you would like to participate by presenting a case study of how you are using energy harvesting in your business email Raghu Das at . Register by July 17th to save a huge 40% in our early-bird offer.
